Later orders
The money-back guarantee applies to your first order only. Later orders, including repeat purchases and subscription renewals, are not covered by the guarantee. They can be returned unopened, in their original packaging, within 30 days of delivery. Or, if you prefer, you can keep the product and receive a 50% refund right away.

Subscriptions
For subscriptions, only the most recent charge can be refunded; earlier charges can't be refunded. You can cancel future charges anytime by contacting us at support@innareve.com or +1 234 218 4170.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
The exclusions in this section do not apply to Astaxanthin For Her under our 90-day money-back guarantee, including products purchased on sale.
